Continental bibliotheque vitrine in the Louis XVI taste, of breakfront form with feather banded veneers, having a gilt metal frieze depicting floral scrolls and foliate swags, above four beveled glass doors, opening to an upholstered interior with two fixed glass shelves and closed storage at the bottom, the lower door sections having inset rouge marble panels, the whole rising on acanthus mounted conical feet, 66.25"h x 53"w x 19"d. Does not have marble top.
