A late 19th Century monumental French Breton (Brittany) heavily carved oak double stacked buffet / bar cabinet. The upper portion of this piece features three cabinet doors decorated with bucolic french life scene carvings and bordered by carved figural columns. The center portion is open and supported by carved figural columns. The lower portion features three drawers above three cabinet doors decorated with scenic carvings and bordered by carved figural columns. In addition, this piece features sections of open fretwork, an upper gallery and an inset gallery in the center for retaining bottles or plates. It is raised atop round bun feet and has brass hardware.
