Horse drawn carriage, 20th c., having two seats, traces, and a convertible top, the carriage body with front and back leaf springs over the axles, the seats upholstered in buttoned maroon color velvet fabric with storage under the rear seat, an iron step on either side of the front axle provides entry to the front seat, a metal step at either side that continues as the rear wheel fender gives access to the rear seat, the body of the carriage in dark maroon paint with white single line pinstriping, the frame in black, the canvas top with a small rear window, an oil carriage lamp with two beveled glass sides mounted at either side, approximate measurements: overall wheel to wheel 111"l, 63"w, the carriage body 84"w, 46.25"d, seats 38"-39"w, rubber bound spoke wheels front 36"diameter, rear wheel 45"diameter, some paint loss on front axle near iron step
