Richard Price was an 18th-century Welsh political pamphleteer and activist known for his involvement in the American Revolution. He was close friends with Benjamin Franklin and other Founding Fathers, thus many of his treatises and pamphlets were popular amongst American readers.

This rare book, ‘Observations on Revisionary Payments,’ is an important work on the history of finance in which Price discussed solutions to the national debt. This work also features hypotheses and theories on money exchanges throughout European banks, notably Swiss banks.
